    That’s what I understood:

Jennifer tells Christina that they are re-doing their house and repainting living-room, kitchen and bathroom. It is too small, so they want to sell it, in order to buy a bigger house. They hope to find one in the surroundings.

Paul tells Christina that the business is going good. She knows that he’s going to open another brewing. Paul says that they are in a questionable state because the ownership is changing and he’s going to become the unique owner. In the meantime, he has opened another brewing company with other partners where he is the brewmaster so basically business is well. In Missisipi the law changed, one of the last actions that passed on brewing, but I didn’t understand why this is so exciting for Missisipi. He tells Christina that now people can come to the Brewing, take a sample of beer, and….something else (perhaps walk away with a pack of beer??) :-)
